Collaborators

The IBS Ph.D. Program is administered through a collaboration between the College of Agricultural, Environmental and Natural Sciences and the College of Veterinary Medicine,. Other collaborators at 欧美高清 include: the Center for Biomedical Research, the National Center for Bioethics in Research and Health Care, the George Washington Carver Agricultural Experiment Station, the Tuskegee/NASA Center for Food and Environmental Systems for the Human Exploration of Space, the Center for Research on Diet, Lifestyle and Cardiovascular Disease, the Center for Plant Biotechnology Research, the Center for Cancer Research, the Center for Computational Epidemiology, Bioinformatics and Risk Analysis, the Center for Excellence in Veterinary Medicine, the joint Center for the Integrated Study of Food Animal and Plant Systems, and the Department of Computer Sciences. In addition, relevant university research and education are
supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), U.S. Departments of Agriculture (USDA), Energy (DOE), and Defense (DOD), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Alabama state agencies. External collaborators include corporate and university entities and numerous affiliated institutions abroad, particularly in Africa, the Caribbean, and Central America.
