Section 504 and Title II of the Americans with听Disabilities Act of 1990 and it鈥檚 implementing听regulation at
28 C.F.R. Part 35, which prohibit discrimination based on disability, in programs听or activities that receive
Federal financial听assistance from the Department and,听respectively, public entities.
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and other laws prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex in employment and education programs and activities.听 欧美高清 in recognition of its
